ACCOMMODATION POLICY

Dear guests! Please take care of the property in your flat, obey the fire safety regulations and do not disturb your neighbours. Adhere to the rules for living in apartment buildings - quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. until 08:00 a.m.

Categorically forbidden:

• Smoking in the apartments, including on the balcony. There are designated public areas on the floor for smoking.

• Live with animals.

• Have festivities and noisy events. Wedding shoots may only be held by prior agreement with the administration.

• Damage furniture, appliances, dishes and other property.

In case of non-compliance with these requirements, guests can be evicted from the apartment at any time, with no refund of the security deposit.

The price includes cleaning of the flat once a week with the replacement of bed linen and towels. Convenient time and day of cleaning agreed with the administration.
