SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE

The day before you check-in, you will receive an information note (Viber/What’s App/Telegram) with the address, number and floor of the flat, payment amount and check-in rules.

Standard check-in time from 14:00
Standard check-out time until 12:00

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance and is subject to availability, for an additional fee.

A supplement for every hour after 12:00 is 150 UAH. After 18:00 a full day will be charged. If you need to check-in early in the morning, we recommend booking the previous day.

Check-in/check-out is 24/7. There is a 24-hour reception in the building.

• You arrive at the address at the agreed time, pick up your keys from reception on the ground floor and check into the apartment by yourself. Inform the reception of your arrival and make payment, either in cash or by bank transfer. Administration representative (Natalya, Elena) comes to the flat to pay by cash.

• The deposit 500-1000 hrn is taken as a security deposit (as mutually agreed) in case of possible damage of property, home appliances. On departure, the deposit is returned in cash or on a bank card. Also, be ready to present a passport or other document proving your identity.

• Underground parking service chargeable - 150 UAH/day. Please notify the administration the day before the arrival. There is also a large car park behind the house where free spaces can always be found.

The following documents may be issued on request:

• Confirmation letter on official letterhead

• Business trip report package
