BOOKING PROCEDURE

To confirm your reservation, a prepayment of one night's stay is required. Please also provide the following information:

• Number of guests, age, gender, family background. We need to understand how to prepare the sleeping arrangements (separate/shared beds, separate blankets, pillows and so on) as correctly and comfortably as possible.

• Whether young children will be among the guests. We have a full set of baby supplies: cots, high chairs, tubs, dishes.

• Comfortable check-in time.

Reservations can be cancelled with a refund of the deposit at least 48 hours before check-in. Reservations can be rescheduled subject to availability.

The following methods are available for making a prepayment:

• Bank card
• Payment terminals
• Western Union
• MoneyGram
• SWIFT
• Cash in Kyiv (Natalya, Elena)

Important: For reservations of one night, the management reserves the right to replace the apartment with an alternative (in price and comfort) in case the reservation prevents a new reservation of 3 or more nights.
